The cream bell shaped flowers are heavily spotted in red and appear here at 'Roseland' all year although it is supposed to flower in the winter. Evergreen vigorous habit. Clematis cirrhosa 'Freckles' suits a sunny situation.

Raised by Raymond Evison and named after his freckly daughter! (bet she loved him for that!) Introduced in 1989 It has an A.G.M.
