Clematis 'Henryi'

Clematis 'Henryi' has very large white flowers with contrasting brown eye. It does well in any aspect and flowers June to September. Requires only light pruning in spring. Generally reliable (it can be a wilter but is a good grower and recovers quickly) one of the best white large flowered hybrids.
Raised by Anderson-Henry of Edinburgh in 1870 and is a cross between C. lanuliginosa and C. 'Fortunei' It has an A.G.M.
