Clematis 'Joan Baker'

Clematis 'Joan Baker' is a viticella type with attractive nodding red purple flowers that have upturned ends to the sepals. Flowers well from July to September and can be planted in any aspect, it will reach 3M. Best hard pruned in the late winter.

Raised by Bill Baker and named for his wife it is a viticella x 'Etoile Rose' similar to John Treasure but even mre free flowering once established
