Lophospermum erubescens
This has had a variety of names in the past; I first grew it as Asarina erubescens then Maurandya erubescens. Its a useful climber in that its easy to raise from seed (which it produces in copious quantities) the pink flowers are like fox gloves and appear all Summer and Autumn, The plant itself climbs to about 10' using its leaf stems to attach, it has a tuberous root system to which it dies back in winter. It is this tuber that can rot in winter, I have found putting a small shelter over the base of the plant all that is required to keep it through the winter. (min -5c, ground must not freeze)
