Sollya heterophylla

This small evergreen twiner arrived from Australia in 1830 where it is known as the bluebell creeper. The clusters of sky blue bells are borne from spring to winter with only a short gap between, small sausage shaped seedpods follow the flowers. Hardy in the south and west (min -2c) it is unlikely to exceed 5' in height, it prefers a sunny sheltered position outside but also does well in pots.
