Once all the plants had been removed to somewhere safe, work started on taking down all the wood framing and the horrible Georgian wired glass roof panels |

All that remained was the leaded walkway that gives access to the upstairs windows |

New wood frames of tanalised timber go in, never thought my O level woodwork would come in handy! |

Once the new window sashes were in place it started to feel like a conservatory again |

All finished in good time for all the tender plants to return in time for winter |
