Rosa
'Rambling Rector'
This is a fine
vigorous rose with stiff upright growths. The flowers are heavily
scented semi double cream and borne in large trusses in early
summer. Origins unknown, although it takes so well from hardwood
cuttings one can imagine Vicars taking a piece with them whenever
they moved parish! It is a very old rose and is sometimes called
"Shakespeare's Musk"
