'Trenance Clethera'
On the Roseland
peninsular in Cornwall is a garden called Trenance its wild and
overgrown and full of Roses, the owner Mrs. Yvonne Matthews has
been breeding roses to do well in her garden which has coastal
exposure and the normal damp climate of Cornwall, this one is
named after her daughter. This rose is almost thornless, large
rambler sprays of small single pale pink scented flowers in
summer, tough and black spot resistant.
