Rosa
'Wedding Day'
A Rosa sinowilsonii
seedling raised by Sir Fredrick Stern in 1950, there is no record
of what the species had crossed with. The result is a large
vigorous rambler (25') with shiny leaves and unlike its parent
completely hardy. The very large clusters of scented single white
flowers appear from yellow buds in mid summer often having a pink
flush as they age.
