Buddleja forrestii

Very long fragrant panicles of cream yellow flowers each with an orange eye appear against the long strap shaped evergreen leaves in late summer and Autumn. Forms a large shrub keeping its leaves in mild winter areas and losing them where exposed. Very dramatic.
