Tibouchina paratropica

This long flowering plant is herbaceous in habit dying right back to its rootstock in winter, it needs winter protection and may be more shrub like if kept warmer. the white open flowers appear all summer through till Christmas. (min -9c ground must remain unfrozen so use a loose mulch)
