Hydrangea serratifolia

This evergreen self clinging climber has white fluffy flowers in panicles in summer,  leaves are leathery dark green,  It tolerates cold reasonably well, but not cold wind,  OK for shady or north walls . Very good at covering ugly structures, but keep it off anything breakable as its a grower!

Introduced by Harold Comber in 1927 to Britain from Chile
