Lonicera periclymenum 'Graham Thomas'Lonicera 'Graham Thomas' is an all cream yellow form, found growing in a hedge (as most named honeysuckles originally are!) Highly scented it flowers from July to September. It is named after the great gardener and nurseryman Graham Stewart Thomas. Lovely though this is (and it is a beautiful honeysuckle) , we also have on the Nursery a form of Lonicera periclymenum whose flowers are the same cream yellow and scented, but flowers much earlier and for longer. Not named we sell it as Lonicera periclymenum. Both plants have red berries in the autumn. A British native commonly found in light woodland and hedgerows. It is pollinated (like most scented honeysuckles) by moths. If you are looking for a tall growing honeysuckle 'Graham Thomas' is the one for you |
