The plants are, in the case of the climbers well established 2 years old+ in 2lt poly bag containers and on 3' sticks you will have been advised before sending in your payment if they are going to be smaller or younger.
Shrubs and perennials are also well established in appropriate size poly bag containers

Clematis are also 2 year old plants but are likely to have been cut back before dispatch

MAIL ORDER There is no minimum order size.

There have been sharp increases in both carriage charges and packaging materials recently.Our new mail order chages are
Carriage charges are per parcel:- By Royalmail/Parcelforce  24hr  (although its normally nearer 2 days!)

1 - 2 Plants   £15.00

3 - 10 plants  £17.50

More than 10 plants now involves a second parcel at an additional  £10 so would be £27.50 in total

NOTE, We are presently using Royal Mail/ParcelForce and there is a facility to let them know where plants can be left if you are out so please let us know if this is the case

( Sorry but we are no longer sending plants out of the UK which also unfortunately means Northern island and channel Islands are not possible at present)

Please check our plant sales in Events to see if we will be near you. As we are happy to bring orders to plant sales

NB Mail order is dispatched all year depending on availability. We prefer dispatching on Mondays .

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING IN YOUR ORDER

By email :- This is the only method, so we can check we have what you want and send you an invoice that you can pay on line by card

If you prefer BACS let us know in your email

Cheques are no longer acceptable - sorry. and we can not take card payments over the phone

 
Credit cards if you would like to pay by either "Paypal or one of the major credit cards then we can issue a "online invoice" by email, in order that you can do this via a secure site (Experience suggests that the site will not Accept cards where the delivery address is different to the cards registered address) -

Please do not send us your credit card details. Sorry but we cannot accept credit card payments over the phone or on this website,
And don't forget to supply us a delivery address etc!
A clear address with a POST CODE & I cant book parcels in without an email address! 
(The carrier provides a 24 hr service however plants are packaged to survive 14 days in transit, but in reality the shorter the time the better)

Plants MUST be dealt with on receipt. Problems with the delivery should be notified within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
and please if it does not turn up by the time we have said it will, let us know,

This is a large range of plants for a small nursery to maintain, we never have large stocks of some plants. If we do not have something, but are going to have it available later we will say so, you can then contact us nearer the time,  We do not like to take money before plants are ready for dispatch.
