Tetrapanax paperifer

Tetrapanax paperifer is an evergreen tree like plant with very large leaves, in the UK it tends to be deciduous except in mild locations. Easy to grow and makes a dramatic foliage plant.

Widely cultivated in its native easten Asia for the pith which is used to make "Rice Paper"
